Release 0.4 is the new stable

The previously released version 0.4 was found to be working w/o known bugs with the latest stable FPC 2.6.0 (svn revison 19485). Now virtually rereleasing the RC1 as the "offical" stable.

    Hi. I just wanted to say that I found your library very useful. It's unbelievable that FPC has generic support for about five years but still almost no generics in RTL. TFPGList is just not enough and not suitable for lots of tasks and FCL-STL seems to be abandoned and has some doubtful points in its design.

      Hi, first of all, sorry for such a delay to respond. I'm glad to hear you like the library. Please don't hesitate to report any issues. I'm not exactly fast to respond, but I'll try to fix what's necessary ;-)
